Maintenance Visit
A Maintenance Visit in ERPNext is defined as a visit by a service technician or engineer to a customer's site to conduct maintenance work—either planned or unplanned—on a product, machine, or asset. It is also really important that these visits ensure up time, extend equipment life, and provide proactive services to customers.
The latest ERPNext version has made it so that a lot of what Maintenance Visits do is interconnected with Sales Orders, Maintenance Schedules, Customer Records, and Support Tickets to make planning, traceability, and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) simpler.
