Custom Translations
With Custom Translations, users can print documents for customers and suppliers in their own languages. For instance, if you have customers from Germany and France who want quotes in German and French, you can use the Custom Translations feature to give them what they want.
1. Set the Language

Choose the customer's preferred default language in the Customer master.
Set Spanish as the default language in the customer record if the customer wants to get documents in Spanish.
In the same way, you can also choose the default language for a Supplier in the Supplier master.
1.1 Print Preview in the Language of the Party

When you open the Print Preview for a transaction, like an invoice or quote, the values, like item names and descriptions, will automatically be translated into the language that is set in the party's master record.
The customer's default language will be used for the customer quote.
The supplier's default language will be used for the supplier's quote.

1.2 How to Change the Print Language in Preview

Users can still change the language in the print view, even if a default language is set.
2. Translation on Demand
The Custom Translations form lets users set their own translations by hand.
For example, to write a product description in Spanish for a customer who speaks Spanish:
