Sales Reports
You are able to track your business's sales performance and analyse sales information with a range of views for greater clarity. You can dynamically toggle the data shown using filters. The Sales Analytics Report has three primary sections: the Filter Toolbar, the Graph View, and the Data Table, described below: These analytics can be found under:
1. Sales Analytics Report
Go to Selling > Analytics > Sales Analytics. The Sales Analytics report looks like this:
The toolbar provides filters to define what data should be shown. Using the dropdown menus, you can restrict the data view. When you make your selections, the results are immediately reflected in both the data table and the graph view.
Inside the data window, you can collapse or expand data to analyse it more in-depth. You can select or deselect each checkbox individually. There are no limitations on comparing data, so you can compare higher-level aggregations with more detailed, lower-level data.
Using the 'Set Chart' button, you can set values for the X and Y fields, use different type of charts and select a color.
2. Sales Funnel Report
Go to Selling > Analytics and open the Sales Funnel report, which reports on your sales pipeline. It charts the progress through key points in the selling process, through to a sale order. There are four phases:
Active Leads: Reports on the number of leads, both those that have moved to further phases.
Opportunities: Reports on the number of leads for which there has been created an Opportunity.
Quotations: Represents the number of leads for which a Quotation has been issued.
Converted: Specifies the number of leads that both generated a Quotation and a Sales order, thereby becoming customers.
Previous stages typically cover the subsequent ones. Yet, due to the flexibility of the process, there are stages that could be bypassed. For instance, a single Opportunity may generate several Quotations, or a Quotation could be generated without an Opportunity—giving the appearance of erratic figures between stages.
Once a date range has been selected, the graph is updated, the graph reflects the changes and the associated labels.
3. Customer Acquisition and Loyalty Report
Go to Selling > Analytics. To understand revenue, it's often helpful to look at the data from a new customer and existing customer’s standpoint. This report helps visualize customer loyalty. There are two windows within this report: The Filter Window and the Data Window.
In the Filter Window, filters like company and date range can be applied. Upon adjusting filters, the Data Window automatically refreshes to incorporate the changes.
The Data Window offers access to different columns of data, with the following interactive capabilities:
Moving Columns: Click and drag column headers to move and reorder columns.
Sorting: Click the right-hand side of a column header to open sorting options—sort ascending or descending, reset the sort, or hide the column.
Filtering: Utilize the text boxes under each column header for instant filtering. Enter a value, and only those matching records will be shown.
