Appraisal Overview Report

Appraisal Overview Report

The Appraisal Overview Report provides you with a fast, high-level overview of all the vital appraisal information in one place. It provides you with a fast overview of how the performance appraisal process functions. This report can assist HR managers, team leaders, and department heads in getting a quick glance of how their workers are performing during assessment cycles, compare ratings, and identify patterns in how they are progressing towards goals and providing feedback.

This report provides a summary of the below data based on the filters selected:

  • The Appraisal Cycle & Appraisal displays the appraisal cycle (quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and the appraisal document for every employee.
This allows you to view both the time period and the appraisal record simultaneously.

  • Feedback Count: This indicates the number of performance feedback forms prepared for every appraisal. This will encompass all types of feedback, including reviews by peers, manager's feedback, and 360° performance feedback. The greater the number of comments, the more equitable and comprehensive the evaluation process will be.

  • Goal Score: This indicates the degree to which the goal was achieved on the basis of the Key Result Areas (KRA) included in the appraisal. The number is based on how many of the employee's objectives they have achieved, considering each of their kids or sub-objectives they have achieved. It allows you to view whether employees are achieving, surpassing, or missing the objectives assigned to them.

  • The average feedback score is the mean of all the feedback scores that various reviewers have provided for the appraisal. This ensures that the assessment is equitable by considering an array of perspectives. This reduces the likelihood of people being biassed and provides a truer picture.

  • Self Score: This indicates how the employee perceives themselves, which allows you to compare what they perceive about themselves with what other people see them do. This gauge assists in determining differences between what someone believes they are doing something and what their co-workers or supervisors see them doing.

  • Final Score: This is the overall score that sums up all the rest of the scores. It is usually the average of the Goal Score, the Avg Feedback Score, and the Self Score. But it can also be based on the weights that you choose in your ERPNext setup. The Final Score is the critical number when it comes to decision-making on bonuses, promotions, and training requirements.
