Job Offer

Job Offer

After the interview and selection process, the selected candidates are given a job offer.

  • It clearly states important information like the job title, grade, department, pay package, vacation policy, and other benefits of working there.

  • You can make and keep a digital record of all the job offers made to candidates in Frappe HR so that you can keep an eye on them and follow the rules.

  • This makes it easier for HR professionals to keep the hiring process organised, open, and easy to find.

To move on to Job Offer, do the following: Home > Human Resources > Hiring > Job Offer

1. Needs

Before making a job offer, make sure you check to see that the following records have been added to the system to make sure everything goes properly.

  • Staffing strategy:Figure out how many people your organisation needs to hire so that the Job Offer fits with your company's headcount plan.

  • Job Applicant:Make sure the system can get information about the candidate so that the Job Offer can be linked directly to the candidate.

  • Job Opening: Make sure the Job Offer is for a position that has been approved by setting up the available position with role data.

2. Making a Job Offer

  • To add a new record, go to the Job Offer list and click on New.

  • Pick the Job Applicant, type in the Offer Date, and choose the Title for the job the individual is being offered.

  • To keep track of the candidate's choice, type in the job offer's status, such as "Awaiting Response," "Accepted," or "Rejected."

  • After filling in all the information, click store and then Submit to store and document the Job Offer.

  • You can't just create a Job Offer in the system; it has to be linked to an actual Job Applicant.

3.1 Terms of the Job Offer

  • You can include the terms of the employment offer, like the job title, probation period, notice period, performance bonuses, and vacation days.

  • You might use this part to list all the Job Offer's Terms and Conditions in a consistent way.

  • You can design a template for your Terms and Conditions and send it with the Job Offer to make all offers the same.

3.3 Information regarding printing

  • You may make a professional Job Offer letter for the person you want to hire by using a pre-formatted print layout.

  • Here, you may choose the Letter Head and Print Heading so that your printed Job Offer will have your company's logo on it.
