The ERPNext Employee Performance Feedback report presents businesses with a complete overview of how good an employee has performed within a specified period of time. 1. What you need
Prior to making a Performance Feedback record, you must ensure that the following documents and configurations are in place so that the process will be executed properly and in accordance with the appraisal process flow:
A template for an appraisal: This ensures sure that all staff evaluations are the same by listing the rating scales, evaluation criteria, and performance areas that will be looked at.
It gives both the input and the scores.

2.1 Once the Review

2.2 Making things immediately
You may create a performance feedback sheet for yourself without viewing the appraisal document using the following steps:
Click "New" to view the list of comments regarding how employees are performing.
Select the employee who is being appraised.
If the session user is associated with an employee profile in ERPNext, he will be automatically assigned the role of Reviewer.
If not, you will need to select the reviewer yourself from the list.
Select the appraisal document to associate the feedback with the correct review period.
The Feedback Criteria that were established in the Appraisal Template for this appraisal will be automatically added to the Feedback Ratings child table.
Use the grading system that was previously established to assign a grade for each criterion.Then, enter the comments describing the rating in the feedback box.
Once you have finished, click Save and then Submit to submit your ratings and comments over the internet.

3. Things to keep in mind
3.1 Average Rating of Comments
When providing feedback, ERPNext computes your ratings to calculate the Average Feedback Score and appends it to the document that the input is intended for.
This ensures that all of the feedback provided is incorporated into the calculation when the employee's last performance review is conducted.
If at a later point the feedback document is cancelled, the average score is recalculated.
This ensures that the appraisal always reflects the latest and accurate performance information.
3.2 Accepting Reviews
If you wish to include a review process prior to inputting reviews in the system, you can implement an approval workflow.
This simplifies double-checking that feedback has been communicated through the appropriate channels before adding it to the official record of appraisals.
This provides a second level of quality assurance and prevents information that is not tested from being finished.
