Training Result:
Once a Training Event is completed successfully, the system can store the training results of each employee.These results are based on the trainer's assessment of each employee's performance and participation.
Frappe HR has a doctype named "Training Result" which allows you to input items such as grades, hours taken, and trainer comments.
HR can then use these figures to monitor employees' performance and plan their development, and can also be brought to employees for transparency.
1. Things you need to know
Prior to creating a Training Result, ensure that the following are recorded and are available in the system.
Training Program: The overall program which the event was scheduled under, ensuring that the results are mapped back to the goals of the organization.
Training Event: The very event that was conducted, as results are always associated with a completed training session.
Employee: The individuals who participated in the training, as every individual's results are stored separately.
2. How to Create a Training Result
To create a new result record, visit the Training Result list and click New.
Select the Training Event for which the results are being recorded, ensuring that they are associated with the correct session.
Insert the Training Hours done, Grade obtained, and Trainer Remarks for every worker according to the assessment.
These fields allow you to obtain both performance and qualitative remarks which may aid you in improving.
Select "Save and Submit" to complete and post the Training Result once all fields are completed.
When the Training Result is submitted, all the people who contributed to the event will receive an automatic email.
This email instructs them to submit their own input using the Training input doctype, which completes the training evaluation
An Email Alert performs this notification, and you can customize it to suit your organization's tone and style.
