Training Feedback
Training Feedback
Following a training session, workers are invited to discuss what they learned and how they felt about it.
The Training Feedback doctype allows trainers and HR to gauge whether training programs are effective.
Feedback assists businesses in determining the impact that training has on workers and identifying ways to improve.
It also provides valuable insights for assessing trainers, pertinence of material, and general return on investment in training courses.
1. Requirements
Prior to creating Training Feedback, you need to ensure that the following documents are already uploaded into the system.
Training Program: This ensures that the feedback is linked to an organized learning program in the company.
Training Event: Workers can't provide feedback until an event has occurred, so it must occur first.
Employee: Only registered employees who have attended the workshop can provide feedback, which ensures it is precise and authentic.
2. How to Make Feedback for Training
To create a new record, go to the Training Feedback list and click on New.
Select the Employee who is providing the comments, and ensure the answers are properly attributed.
Select the Training Event, and the Event Name, Course, and Trainer Name will be filled automatically from this selection.
This reduces the number of manual entries and ensures that data always aligns with the event record.
To provide qualitative feedback, enter employee ideas, thoughts, or opinions into the Feedback box.
When complete, click Save and Submit to complete feedback and send it to HR for review.
You can also access Training Feedback from the Training Event dashboard directly, which is quicker to do.
That makes it simpler for employees to provide feedback immediately after the session, increasing the number of individuals who participate.
