Employee Grade
In order to determine pay rates and salary structures, employees with comparable positions or values are grouped together into employee grades. To classify employees according to seniority or other factors, Frappe HR enables the creation of Employee Grades. Employee Grade facilitates the bulk retrieval of employee records for purposes such as leave distribution and payroll processing.

Human Resources > Employee > Employee Grade
1. Prerequisites
Prior to creating an employee grade, make the following documents: Salary structure and leave policy.

Navigate to the Employee Grade list
Select New → Enter the name of the employee grade → Enter the default salary structure and leave policy. Conserve
