You will have a clearer sense of how Frappe HR supports your company to plan, monitor, and maintain leave calendars for all your employees in such a manner that is compliant with company and legal requirements. It also explicitly describes how employees can utilize the system for submitting leave applications, viewing the status of their submissions, and reviewing their leave history in real time.
A Leave Allocation record maintains and tracks the quantity and types of leaves to which an employee can apply. The HR department or system administrator creates this record for every Leave Period according to the company's declared Leave Policy. It is easy to manage different groups of employees because you can build multiple kinds of leave, allocate them to employees, and implement restrictions on how much leave they can accrue, roll over, and sell. You can create leave allocation for a specific leave period as per the company leave policy. In this manner, every employee will receive the due leaves at the beginning of the cycle. You may also provide additional leaves to some employees if specific conditions are fulfilled, like incentives, work pay, or special managerial authorization.
You can also prepare elaborate leave reports to monitor leave balances, observe trends, and analyze trends in absenteeism for enhanced proactive workforce management. Workers can quickly submit leave requests from the self-service portal or app by selecting the kind of leave they wish to take and entering the from and to dates. These requests automatically go to the managers or leave approvers who must review them. They then have the option to approve or reject them directly from the dashboard. The system can also generate alerts and reminders to ensure that everything is being done on time. The employee can select a lot of various types of leaves, including sick leave, casual leave, privilege leave, earned leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, and any other type of leave your company comes up with. * It also allows you to schedule multiple types of leave for a period of time, if the policy permits it*. It reviews it for you before you submit it to ensure there are no overlaps with existing schedules or holiday calendars.
