Before you can use the Employee Attendance Tool, you need to do the following:

Branch: Create branch records to categorise individuals by where they are based, which is highly relevant for organisations with multiple sites.
The requirements ensure that the attendance information is linked to the correct structure of the organization and that the tool can use the correct filters.
2. How to Use the Employee Attendance Tool to Discover Who Is Around
Please enter the date you wish to track attendance for.
This ensures that all entries recorded during this session will be attributed to the day selected.
If you have a large number of personnel data, it is useful to select the Department and Branch (optional) to mask some of the individuals.
Select the employees from the filtered list whose attendance you want to monitor.
You can select many workers at once in order to save time.
Mark The employee may be there, not there, or there for half a day, depending on the number of days worked. This process ensures that the employee's record reflects the correct daily status.
You can link the attendance record to a specific work schedule by selecting the shift.You can also flag employees as "Late Entry" or "Early Exit" from the same screen to monitor when they are late to work and when they leave. This is crucial for determining how well someone is performing and how much they should be paid.
The Attendance table below the tool is a list of all of the employees you have marked for attendance and their current attendance status. This table is updated at all times.

This table also includes column filters that assist you in finding a specific employee, determining which employees have a specific attendance status, or reviewing the quality of attendance marking patterns prior to sending them in.
