Interview Feedback
Interview Feedback
Interview feedback is the comments, facts, and observations regarding a job candidate after an interview.
It assists interviewers and recruiters in determining how well the candidate performed overall and in making sound hiring decisions.
The Interview Feedback doctype of ERPNext allows you to rate a job candidate's abilities, performance, and provide feedback on the entire interview process.
This is an organized means of assessing candidates, and it remains in the recruitment process as a permanent document.
1. Needs
In order to ensure that data entry is smooth and everything is properly linked up, you first need to set up or create the required doctypes:
To detail the process, determine which round of evaluation it is, and this will be the Initial Screening, Technical Round, or HR Interview
Prior to you being able to provide Interview Feedback, you must ensure that the Interview record already exists.
2. How to Provide Feedback After an Interview
To begin recording comments, visit the Interview comments section and select Add Interview Feedback.
Select the Interview, the Interviewer, and the Result (e.g., Selected, Rejected, or On Hold) to complete the result.
If you select an Interview, the Skills Assessment table for the Interview will be populated with the Skills that were created in the Interview Round that accompanies that Interview.
Then you can award each Skill a star rating of your opinion of how well the Job Applicant performed during the Interview.
Make general comments, things that you liked, and things that need to be improved in the Feedback box. This is not required, but it's better for the sake of transparency.
To complete the Feedback record and link it to the Interview history, click Save and then Submit.

3. Characteristics
3.1 A General Glance at Feedback
You may view a snapshot of all the feedback in the Feedback Tab after submitting your Interview Feedback. The summary indicates the average scores, the performance of every ability, and written comments making it simple to compare resumes.
3.2 Reminding Interviewers to provide feedback after the interview
You can make Frappe HR remind Interviewers who have not submitted their Feedback automatically.
This ensures that reviews are conducted on time, the recruitment process does not get delayed, and recruitment flows without issues.
