Interviews
Interviews
Interviews are formal encounters between job seekers and interviewers with a clear goal: to find out if the candidate is a good fit for the job they applied for. Frappe HR in ERPNext lets you store, record, and follow up on all job interviews digitally, giving you a complete record of the hiring process at any time.
1. What you need
Before making an Interview record, it's recommended to make the following in the system so that you don't miss any information and scheduling is easier.
Interview Round: Set up structured steps in the employment process, such as HR Screening, Technical Round, or Final Interview.
Job Applicant: Make sure that the information about the applicant is already saved in the Job Applicant doctype so that the Interview may be linked to it right away.
2. Getting an Interview Set Up
Go to the list of interviews and click "Add Interview" to make a new one.
First, choose the Interview Round, and then choose the Job Applicant to make sure the link is correct. The order is highly important for keeping the work flow going.
Fill in the date (Scheduled On) and time (From Time & To Time) of the interview. This gives both the Interviewers and the Applicant the information they need.
You can include the Resume Link or other supporting papers if you want to make them easy to find during the interview.
To change the interview schedule and get it ready for more action, click "Save."

After you save the Interview, you may use the Reschedule Interview button to change the date and time. You can also give feedback from the Interview dashboard right after the Interview is over
3. Atributes
3.1 Calendar View
To see scheduled interviews in a colour-coded calendar format, go to the Interview list, List View, and then Calendar.
You can easily see past, present, and future interviews, which makes it easier to organise and schedule resources.

3.2 Feedback from the Interview
After you leave comments on an interview, you can go to the comments page to see a short summary of the replies. This summary shows the overall average score, the score distribution for each Feedback entry, the average score for each Skill, and all of the individual comments that Interviewers made in their Feedback.

3.3 Keeping track of interviews
You can easily find and get to the job application interviews from their dashboard.
This puts all of a candidate's interactions, assessments, and choices in one place where everyone can see them.
3.4 Reminder for the Interview
You can set up Frappe HR to send Interviewers automatic emails to remind them of upcoming Interviews.
This makes it less likely that the interviews will be missed and makes sure that everyone is on the same page about when the hiring process will happen.
